Terminal in Linux SSH connection not using all available space [closed]

I’m using a SSH connection to a Linux VM (Debian), and I did something that messed up the screen. Not sure what exactly, but now, less than half of the ‘terminal’s area’ is useful. There are some invisible margins that keep the text within that red box

Is there any command I can type to expand this area to occupy more of the available space?

I’ve tried reset, Ctrl + L, and resize(which didn’t work, it kept running for a few seconds than I got a timeout error).

EDIT: Nevermind, I restarted the PC and it’s back to normal
